Bag-Bulk | Paddle Discharge

The Walinga designed paddle discharge is available in two styles.

Double Chain flat paddle with horizontal sliding gates, which is ideal for typical Dairy "Sticky" feeds or in a 1/2 moon style Single chain paddle with Inverted "V" style gates, which is ideal for pelleted feeds and especially designed for "range cubes" or "cow cakes."

Both systems incorporate the Walinga direct drive, heavy duty, spring mounted, high-torque hydraulic motor design. This system allows for better speed control of the discharge system and longer component life. Wear liners are also incorporated into the trough and paddle boom to provide you with better clean-out and longer wear life.

With the many variables in the different types of feed, you need to have the equipment to handle these variables. Walinga offers you these variables in the three different types of discharge systems. Auger discharge, Paddle discharge and Air discharge.
